Terms of sale
1. Who we are
These Terms of sale govern purchases from Operator Stack. We sell digital products and digital operator services for Shopify and DTC teams. Customer support email: operatorstack.ops@agentmail.to.
2. Products and services
Our catalogue includes, without limitation, the Shopify Operator AI Pack — a €29 one-time digital download with 50+ prompts for support macros, Klaviyo, Meta/TikTok, weekly ops, and competitor teardowns — as well as related digital operator services described on our website at the time of purchase.
Product descriptions on the Operator Stack website form part of the contract. We may update descriptions and prices at any time; the price and description shown at checkout control your order.
3. Contract formation
A binding contract is formed when your payment is successfully authorised and you receive an order confirmation and/or download access from Payhip. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example suspected fraud, pricing error, or abuse) and will refund any amount already charged in that case.
4. Price, taxes, and currency
Prices are displayed in euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes (including VAT where required) may be calculated and collected by Payhip according to your location and Payhip’s tax settings. You are responsible for any bank or card foreign-exchange fees.
5. Payment processors
All payments go through Payhip, which processes card and other supported methods via Stripe. Operator Stack does not store full payment card numbers. Your use of Payhip/Stripe is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
6. Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment — typically via a Payhip download page, email link, or file package. There is no physical shipping. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for retaining your download. If delivery fails, contact operatorstack.ops@agentmail.to promptly so we can restore access.
7. Licence grant
Upon full payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the purchased digital files for your own internal business operations (including brands you own or are engaged to operate).
You may not: resell, sublicense, republish, or redistribute the pack or substantial extracts as a standalone product, course, membership, or agency template library; share login or download links publicly; or remove proprietary notices.
8. Acceptable use
- Use prompts and templates to produce content and processes for legitimate Shopify/DTC operations
- Comply with third-party platform rules (Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, TikTok, AI providers, etc.)
- Do not use our materials to build a competing commercial prompt pack by wholesale copying
- Do not use purchases for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity
9. Intellectual property
All Operator Stack content, branding, and product files remain our intellectual property (or that of our licensors). Purchase transfers a licence, not ownership of the underlying IP. Operator Stack is not affiliated with Shopify Inc.; “Shopify” is used only to describe compatible workflows.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Operator Stack does not warrant uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, or any specific revenue, conversion, or operational outcome. AI-generated results depend on your inputs, tools, and execution. Content is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Operator Stack’s total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
12. Refunds and withdrawal
Refunds and consumer withdrawal rights are described in our Refund policy, which forms part of these Terms. By purchasing digital content with immediate delivery, you request early performance as described there.
13. Privacy
We process order and support data as needed to fulfil purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Payment data is handled by Payhip/Stripe. Contact operatorstack.ops@agentmail.to for privacy requests.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases except as required by law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable. Courts of Ireland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
